It was right by the Fish Market, the Aquarium and the marina, public transport and the centre of Ostend, fantastic and peaceful location overall. It was extremely close to Kombuis, where you can have lunch.

The guest room is cosy and has central heating, an electronic key card, and a work desk.

The staff was very attentive, excellant all the time. The hotel had a central position just next door to the main promenade and restaurants/bars/shops, transport and the harbour front. It also was near to the sea. My stay here was very nice.

The hotel is clean and reasonably spacious, has efficient staff and particularly good and fantastic location near centrum. There's modern Irish bar with soft beverages. No complains at all, a just perfect experience, would stay here again.

The staff were very friendly and willing to help us at all times

My partner slipped on the bathroom floor and ended up at the casualty department suffering with a dislocated/fractured shoulder. There are serious safety issues with the tiles on the floor. I nearly slipped twice it is very dangerous. The tiles should never be used on the floor they are the same as the ones we have on our walls at home. The air condition of the bathroom wasn't working and the overflow of the bath wasn't very effective either.

Comforts of family room with a single bed were fabulous. Location: the hotel was very close to Ostende, and the sea front. Had brunch in the Den Artiest, located nearby.

The hotel had a central location and it was only a short distance to Ostend Pier. Besides, it was just off Close to the beach and the main shopping area.

The hotel is in a great location, right by the beach and really close to the seafront. It's also conveniently situated near the shops and beach, making it easy to explore the area. The rooms are clean and the staff are helpful and friendly, providing a pleasant service. There is a variety of food options available for breakfast, ensuring a satisfying start to your day. there is a playroom for kids, providing entertainment for families.

Some of the equipment in the fitness facilities is in need of maintenance and TLC.
